EXPOCENTER OF UKRAINE – EXPERIENCE PLUS DYNAMICS
The National Complex “Expocenter of Ukraine” – the only state exhibition establishment of Ukraine – the organizer of international and national exhibitions and fairs, powerful, demonstrative center of Ukraine’s achievements in economic, scientific, production, humanitarian and other spheres.
The exhibition center exists from 1958. It is the member of the Global Association Exhibition Industry (UFI), the Exhibition Federation of Ukraine (EFU), and also of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (Russia).
Expocenter of Ukraine is the organizer of the most prestige events of the state level, which is supported by the Ukrainian Government, branch ministries and committees.
Expocenter of Ukraine has unique opportunities of the exhibition center and a long-termexperience of the exhibition organization of the international level in Ukraine and abroad.
From 2000 Expocenter of Ukraine is the organizer of the collective expositions of the Ukrainian enterprises in the international exhibitions-fairs: “Beijing week of high technologies”, “Beijing-Essen-welding” (China); “The multibranch fair in Salonika” (Greece), “Vietnam international industrial fair” (Vietnam), Hannover Fair (Hannover-Messe), “The Green Week-2006” (Berlin, Germany).
The National Complex “Expocenter of Ukraine” was the main master of the Ukrainian exposition in the international exhibition “Expo-2005” (Japan).
In 2007 it organizes the participation of the Ukrainian enterprises in the international exhibitions in Belarus, Iran and the Russian Federation.
Expocenter has an experience of the national exhibitions conduction of foreign countries on its own territory, in particular: Egypt, Iran, Italy, Korea, and Russia.
Every year on the exhibition areas approximately 100 exhibition events are conducted, and a half of them are international and national specialized exhibitions, and others are exhibition-presentation, business, corporative, sport, festive events.
Exhibitors from 25 countries take part in the exhibitions of Expocenter every year.
Every year Expocenter organize 22 specialized exhibitions on its own, 10 of them are international. The most significant international exhibitions are “POLYGRAPHY”, “PAKUKRAINE”, “INLEGMASH”, “THE INDUSTRIAL WEEK”, “MUSHROOM INDUSTRY”, “VEGETABLES AND FRUIT OF UKRAINE”.
Every year near 2 million people visit exhibition events of Expocenter
A closed exhibition exposition area – 18 000 sq.m, an open exposition area – 21 000 sq.m, a demonstrative area and an area of competitive fields конкурнихполів – 30 000 sq.m.
A total area of the National Complex “Expocenter of Ukraine” is 286,3 hectare, among them:
- More than 48 hectare – built-up areas
- 171 hectare – garden and forest park zones
- 3,5 hectare – lakes.
The territory of Expocenter of Ukraine is located in Goloseev protection forest іn the south-west in Kyiv, its address is Glushkova Ave., 1;
180 buildings and costructions are located on the territory of Expocenter of Ukraine, 20 of them have the status historical and cultural пам'яток of Ukraine.
The National Complex “Expocenter of Ukraine” has structural departments, which provide the complex o f services for exhibitors:
- projection, design, decor of expositions
- mounting, dismounting and hire of exhibition equipment
- standard and exclusive building of stands
- advertising and information support of exhibition and art events
- polygraphic services (catalogues, invitations, news release, cards)
- flower and decorative design of expositions, landscape projection and planting
- transport, dispatcher and customs services, insurance
- organization of habitation in hotels.
