"Expocenter of Ukraine" development program

• creation of a world level exhibition complex with developed infrastructure, modern exhibition halls and technical equipment;

• participation of foreign companies in our exhibition events; direct entrance to the international investment market; growth of international investments into Ukrainian economy.

Expocenter of Ukraine National Complex is located in the southernwestern part of the city on the crossroad of important thoroughfares – Ac. Glushkov and Ac. Zabolotnyy St.
Location of the Expocenter of Ukraine National Complex has convenient town-planning potential:

• General plan of the development of Kiev up to 2020 foresees making regional center of the city in this area
• 
  Present thoroughfare net contributes to the comfort of the transport connection between the international airport “Boryspil” and “Kiev”,
  which is believed to become the cities aerodrome for business flights of Petty Aviation
• The Expocenter’s territory has a considerable recreation potential and is a part of recreation zone of Concha Zaspa.

National complex “Expocenter of Ukraine” is situated in Goloseev reserve orest on the south side of the Ukrainian capital – Kiev.
The Expocenter territory, assigned by State act in constant use, is 285 hectares, including:

• exhibition area - 10 hectares
• green planting - 240 hectares
• water area, fountains, pools - 4,3 hectares
• way, path, platform area - 29,5 hectares
• technical buildings - 1,2 hectares
