General plan of National complex “Expocenter of Ukraine” reconstruction and development

Reconstruction general plan of the Expocenter of Ukraine National Complex Ukrainian state scientific-research city-design institute “Dipromisto”, which anticipates making separate functional zones:

• zone I of the subject exhibitions range;
• zone II of international and national exhibitions range;
• zone III of sports-entertainment center;
• Southern entry complex zone IV;
• “Southern” economic complex zone V;
• exhibition forest park zone VI .

Thematic exhibition’s zone includes:

• main pavilion “Ukraine today”
• exhibition pavilions ## 2-5, 7-13, 15, 15a, 19, 21-23, 28, 42;
• restaurants “Prague”, “Summer”;
• cafe “Yaseny”;
• tennis club with tribunes on 100 places;
• cashes of main entry;
• underground parking on 1000 places for machines;
• multistory parking on 1000 places for machines.

International and national exhibitions complex zone includes:

• exhibition pavilions # 12 area 22 000 sq.m.
• main exhibition complex with:
  - exhibition blocks with a total area 100 000 sg.m;
  - gallery; congress-hall;
  - press-center, media-center;
  - supermarket; restaurant, cafe, bar;
  - hall for exhibitor reception, office administration
  service of main exhibition complex; etc;
• open exposition areas;
• office- hotel complex;
  including:
  - office premises;
  - concert hall;
  - cinema;
  - hotel on 1000 places;
  - restaurant, cafe, bar;
  - market;

• multistory parking on 1000 places for machines;
• multistory parking on 3000 places for machines.

 

Sport-entertaining center zone includes:

• pavilions ## 26, 27;
• aqua park;
• extreme-park;
• exhibition show center with tribunes on 18 000 places;
• tennis club, courts;
• horse-sport club;
• field for mini-football;
• field for paintball;
• Sport water-pool;
• Miniature park;
• Restaurants, cafe, bars;
• Market.

To the structure zone of the South Entrance complex belong:

• Office – recreate complex with parking for the 1000 parking stalls.

To the structure zone economic complex “Southern” belong:

• Custom complex with the license warehouses;
• Exploitative - technological combine;
• Central material – technical warehouse;
• Motor transport establishment;
• Garages;
• Cafe;
• Shop.

 
To the structure of the exhibition and forest-park zone belong:

• Exposition meadows of the outdoor shows of the exhibits;
• Meadows for the rest;
• Entertainment place for the children with boat station;
• Restaurants, cafe;
• Motel, camping for the 500 places.

Business center “Business city” zone consists of:

• business center;
• sport center;
• entertaining center;
• hotel center;
• trade-serving complex
