The accreditation of the exterior builder is carried out according to the standard treaty with the National Complex “Expocenter of Ukraine”.
The subject of this Treaty is giving technical-organizational services by Expocenter in order the Builder could carry out mounting and dismounting of the exhibition stands, according to the treaties with participants of exhibitions, which will conduct on the territory of the National Complex “Expocenter of Ukraine” (1 Glushkov Ave., Kyiv).
According to this Treaty is obliged to:
Not less than in 10 days to the beginning of the mounting to give Expocenter an official letter with the application to take part in the exhibition, a guarantee letter about full juridical responsibility for the conformation of rules of safety and fire measures by the personnel of the Builder, the list of his employees, the list of the firms with the determination of the area, where the building is carried out, the mounting and dismounting works, the scheme of the exhibition stands building, preliminary order for the connection to the electrical network and water-supply, certificates of material accordance, which are used in building, existence of the protocols of dimension of resistance of cables and extenders isolation, with the help of which an exhibit connects to the electrical network (under the condition of their absence this service is given with the written application), and also the list of the necessary additional works and services.
